| IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO COME PREPARED WITH EMERGENCY CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS, DR. AND DENTIST PHONE NUMBERS, DAY CARE INFORMATION | | SUPPLY LISTS | Supply lists for the 2009-10 school year are now available on our Resources page. | | REGISTRATION | REGISTRATION FOR THE 10-11 SCHOOL YEAR
AUGUST�2nd FROM 7:30-3:00
REGISTRATION PACKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00-2:00 TO BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED TO THE SCHOOL WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION.
IF YOU KNOW YOUR CHILD WILL ATTEND SOMBRA NEXT YEAR AND WOULD LIKE TO TAKE CARE OF REGISTRATION BEFORE SUMMER BREAK YOU MAY CONTACT THE OFFICE PRIOR TO MAY 29TH OR COME ON REGISTRATION DAY.
You will need to bring:
- your child`s birth certificate
- current shot records
- your most recent PNM bill, gas bill,�comcast bill, or lease/purchase agreement for proof of residence
- You will need the name and address of the school your student attended prior to their attendance at Sombra.
- If your student has an IEP in place please bring a copy with you when you register.

| | STUDENTS NEW TO APS | If your child has never attended a school in the Albuquerque Public School system, you will need to bring:
- your child\'s birth certificate
- shot record
- proof of residence, PNM bill, Comcast bill or purchase/lease agreement
- name and address of school last attended
| | STUDENTS NEW TO SOMBRA | 10-11 Registration for Students New to Sombra will be held on Monday, August 2nd 7:30-3:00.
If your child is new to SOMBRA this year and attended an APS school last year, you will need to bring:
- your most current PNM bill,Comcast bill, lease/purchase agreement for proof of residence
- the name of the previous school attended
